2. Privacy Policy & Discretion
We respect the confidentiality and privacy of our charter guests. Guest details (names, dates, dietary requirements, passport manifests for international island clearance) are strictly utilized for the orchestration of your private charter.
Under no circumstances is personal information transmitted, rented, or sold to third-party commercial parties.
3. Charter Terms & Conditions
Bespoke Reservations: Charters are confirmed upon execution of the Private Yacht Charter Agreement and receipt of a 50% booking deposit. Final balance and Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) are due 30 days prior to embarkation.
Master's Authority: The licensed captain has sole authority over vessel navigation, maritime safety, weather routing, and passenger well-being at all times.
